KU Faculty & Staff - please join us for the first annual KU Travel Fair. This is a come and go event, so come visit with our contract travel vendors as well as internal KU department representatives anytime between 10am and 2pm on Thursday, April 25th. Attendees can register for a chance to win airline ticket and e-credit voucher door prizes!

Learn about our rental car and airline contracts, sign-up for perks and promotions, and watch a live demo of our Concur booking tool. Chat with our internal KU department representatives about your travel related questions pertaining to booking travel, KU and KUCR travel policy, P-cards, export control, IT electronic device security while traveling, business travel insurance, traveler safety and more.
