CTP was chosen by KU and KUCR as The University of Kansas’ contracted travel agency because of their exceptional customer service and extensive experience serving educational institutions. Our Concur Travel content is real-time Global Distribution System (GDS) inventory provided to us by CTP.  They provide us the lowest logical airfare, published and available at the time of booking, based on the traveler's point of departure and arrival, stated itinerary and KU travel policy.

If you feel you have found a lower fare in an "Apples to Apples" comparison, meaning the same flights and seat/fare class, please email the Online Booking Help team (preferably the same day it was found) and provide the following information and request they reach out to you to assist in obtaining the lower fare:

  1. A screenshot of the flight #s, times, dates, fare class
  2. Full website URL where lower price was found
  3. Date and time it was searched
