Travel Information Sessions

KU Medical Center employees, please feel free to join us to learn more about the recently announced changes for International Travel, and overall travel booking processes. This will include an introduction to our CTP partners, a discussions on travel policy, the applications used for requesting and booking travel, as well as time to ask questions about these changes, CTP services and the Concur request and booking system.

Travel Training Sessions

Travel Training covers all aspects of Concur and the travel process – International Travel Requests, Workday Spend Authorizations, Travel booking, and Workday Expense submission.  Attendees will learn how to: 

• Navigate and find travel information on the KU Travel Services website
• Contact CTP for full service travel booking and technical support
• Review and update their Concur Profile
• Create a pre-trip Concur Travel Request (TR) (International Only)
• Book business travel in Concur Travel
• Review and change upcoming travel
• Set up and use TripLink & TripIt
• Use Concur Mobile app to book and manage itineraries
• Submit trip expense/reimbursement request information in Workday
