Southwest Rapid Rewards Sweepstakes
Southwest Airlines and KU Travel Services are giving faculty and staff the chance to win 5,000 Rapid Rewards points. Two travelers will each receive 5,000 points to use toward their next trip on Southwest Airlines. Employees can enter the drawing to win between November 17, 2025 through December 15, 2025.
Here’s how to enter:
- Add your Rapid Rewards number in your Concur profile (*see image below)
- Not a Rapids Reward member? Join Rapid Rewards
- Register for the sweepstakes by Dec. 15
Sweepstakes winners will be announced by December 19, 2025. This promotion is open only to employees of the University of Kansas, University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas Athletics, and cannot be shared with others.
